About This Plant

An improved version of Amethyst coral berry. Selected for its compact growth and profusion of bright pink berries in late summer to autumn, adaptable Proud Berry pink (formerly know as (Proud Berry ) symphoricarpos is amazingly easy to grow. Plant in full sun and prune back to 12" in early spring for best fruit display. Excellent in the landscape and in the vase! Fruit is not edible. Developed by Catharina Marie Hoekstra-Arisz of the Netherlands. Native to North America
