The terms you agree to when you buy from DreamDropGardens.

These terms apply when you use this website or place an order with DreamDrop Gardens, LLC, Plano, TX 75094. By placing an order you accept them.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order by email. Until then we may decline or cancel it — for example if a plant turns out not to be available, or if we've made a pricing error.
We do our best to describe and photograph plants accurately, but living plants vary. Size, form and flowering will differ from the photographs, and colour reproduction varies between screens.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in USD and exclude tax and shipping, which are calculated at checkout. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
For pre-orders you authorise us to charge the remaining balance to your saved card when the order ships. You'll have agreed the total before the deposit is taken.
Pre-orders
Pre-ordered plants are grown to order and held for you. Ship windows are estimates that depend on growing conditions — a cold spring moves everything. We'll tell you if your window changes materially.
Cancellation terms for pre-orders are set out in our returns and refunds policy and are shown to you at checkout before you pay.
Plant health and your responsibility
Plants are living things and their survival depends on how they're planted and cared for. Beyond the arrival-condition and warranty terms in our refunds policy, we can't guarantee that a plant will thrive in your conditions.
Some plants are toxic to people or pets. If that matters in your household, check before planting.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
