What personal data DreamDropGardens collects, why, and what you can do about it.

DreamDrop Gardens, LLC is the controller of personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at hello@dreamdropgardens.com or Plano, TX 75094.

What we collect

  • Contact and delivery details you enter at checkout: name, email, phone, shipping address.
  • Order history and the contents of your cart.
  • Payment confirmation data from Stripe — we receive the result of the charge and the last four digits of the card, never the full number.
  • For pre-orders, a token representing your saved card, held by Stripe so the balance can be charged when your order ships.
  • Account details if you create an account, managed through Shopify.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.

Why we use it

  • To take payment, fulfil your order, and contact you about it.
  • To charge the balance on a pre-order at ship time, where you agreed to that at checkout.
  • To provide customer support and handle returns.
  • To meet tax and accounting obligations.
  • With your consent, to send marketing email and to measure how the site is used.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with the providers needed to run the shop:

  • Shopify — order, product and customer records.
  • Stripe — payment processing and saved cards for pre-order balances.
  • Shipping carriers — the delivery details needed to get the parcel to you.
  • Analytics and advertising providers, only where you have consented to those cookies.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, typically seven years. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it. Saved payment tokens are deleted once the related pre-order balance has been charged or the order is cancelled.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to marketing at any time. Email hello@dreamdropgardens.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message.

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act or the UK/EU GDPR. We apply the same process to all requests.

Children

This shop isn't intended for children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
