About This Plant

Summer Wine Rosé ninebark has all the great attributes of the original Summer Wine ninebark, including colorful foliage, mildew resistance, and stability, but also has attractive pink flowers, buds, and seed capsules. The fresh pink spring blooms that cover the arching branches stand out against the deep purple foliage and bring in lots of native pollinators. This native Physocarpus opulifolius is extremely adaptable to soils and has great drought tolerance once established. Summer Wine Rosé ninebark flowers prolifically in a container and presents a neat and tidy habit that stuns at retail.
