The flowers appear in late winter to early spring, often peeking through the last melting snow, making it one of the earliest daffodils to bloom. Thriving in full sun to part shade, 'Rijnveld’s Early Sensation' prefers well-drained soil and is deer-resistant, rabbit-resistant, and drought-tolerant. This variety has won the RHS Award of Garden Merit.
