About This Plant
Clematis 'Rhapsody' is a deciduous climber with showstopping 4-5in. sapphire blue flowers. Its stunning blooms feature broad, pointed sepals that deepen in colour intensity with age and contrast against creamy-yellow stamens. Perfect for containers and small gardens, especially when grown into shrubs or roses, this hardy flowering vine blooms from early summer through early fall.

Clematis love "cool feet, warm heads." Mulch the root zone well and position so the vine can climb into sunlight. Plant the crown 2–3 inches below soil level.
Pruning by Group
Know your pruning group! Group 1 blooms on old wood (light trim after flowering), Group 2 is light prune in late winter, Group 3 gets a hard prune to 12 inches in early spring.
